Tessa Steward, Seleca Steward, Danielle Steward, and Madison Heaps finished 11th in the 400 Free Relay. All three relays broke school records at the meet.

On the boys side, Zack Eagle became the first regional medalist on his way to a 2nd place finish in the 200 IM. He also finished 4th in the 100 Butterfly. Relay members Garison Guidry, Brendan Smith, Lindy Spann, and Zack Eagle finished 4th in the 200 Free relay and 6th in the 400 Free Relay. Both relays broke school records and Zack broke his own records in his individual events.
Zack Eagle has also accomplished another first for the Spartan swimming program. Zack qualified for the state meet in Austin in both the 200 IM and the 100 Fly. This is an extremely difficult task to do in Texas but he did it. If you see Zack, please congratulate him on a job well done. As well as all of the Spartan Swimmers.
The state meet will be held at the University of Texas on February 19th and 20thIMG_0087
